The School Office is open between 8:00am-4:00pm Monday – Friday. Term dates can be found in the News and Events section. Mrs Fox would be able to provide a paper copy of any information displayed on our website upon request.

How to find us
East Crompton St. George’s C of E Primary School is located just outside of Shaw town centre towards the Buckstones area.
The school is located on the southern end of George Street behind the houses of Scarr Lane. There is a sign post on Linney Lane pointing to the correct turning. When driving from Shaw town centre up Linney Lane please turn right at the crossroads, before the road rises up a large hill (Scarr Lane). If coming down Scarr Lane from the Buckstones area, when you reach the crossroads (where the road dips) turn left before Linney Lane.
There is a large car park available for parents and visitors below the school.
St. George’s is a 10 minute walk from Shaw and Crompton Metrolink station on the East Didsbury to Rochdale line. We are also close to many bus stops, including those used by the 181, 182 and 58 bus services.
