Eco Council

Eco Council meet with Mrs Lord every Thursday lunchtime.

During the year, we have decided on a programme of activities which will include collecting and re-distributing the paper recycling bags across the school, encouraging recycling during the school day and at home, litter picking, planting wildflowers and using recycled materials to create thematic items and gifts. 

In Autumn term, we were delighted that one of our Eco team members won a competition to design posters that will be displayed in Dunwood Park to encourage people to keep the park free from litter.

This Spring term we will continue to complete activities to enable us to become a Bee Friendly school.
