Monday (lunchtime): Computer Club with Mrs N Lord – An opportunity for children to improve their computer skills as well as access Purple Mash or TT Rock Stars.

Monday (lunchtime): Chess Club with Mr Parker. This is an opportunity to practise via practical games or online games.  This club is suitable for all levels of play. Pupils support each other through the tactics and moves needed to play chess.

Thursday (lunchtime): Eco Club with Mrs Lord. The Eco-team meet with Mrs Lord every Thursday lunchtime.

During the year, we have decided on a programme of activities which will include collecting and re-distributing the paper recycling bags across the school, encouraging recycling during the school day and at home, litter picking, planting wildflowers and using recycled materials to create thematic items and gifts.

In Autumn term, we were delighted that one of our Eco team members won a competition to design a poster that will be displayed in Dunwood Park to encourage people to keep the park free from litter.

This Spring term we will continue to complete activities to enable us to become a Bee Friendly school.
